RANKO BOGOSAVAC
Ranko was born in former Yugoslavia. He started his promising dance career at age nine. Ranko won five national championships in Bosnia and Hercegovina in three separate competitive dance and age categories over a period of nine years. In 2009 after moving to the United States, Ranko started competing as a professional in the International Latin and American Rhythm styles where he placed in the finals of all the major competitions in the United States. In 2013, Ranko placed first in the Miami Grand Nationals Open Professional International Latin division. Ranko brings his experience and passion for dancing to his students and the community. Recently he teamed up with Fort Mill’s “Save Middle School Sports”, Gastonia Boys and Girls Club "Dancing For The Future Stars", Winston-Salem "Take The Lead", YMCA’s “Ballroom Dance Battle” and the Charlotte Symphony’s Knight Sounds Series.
