At Ultimate Dance Tour we strive to offer dancers a wide variety of highly trained teachers that bring diverse styles and a positive and uplifting environment. ​
Ages
The suggested age groups are merely a guideline and should be determined at the teacher's discretion, based on their understanding of each student's capabilities.

Dancers can participate in any room, however they are only eligible for scholarships if they are in their age appropriate room as of January 1st.
One Day Workshop
Ultimate Dance Tour is happy to offer one day workshops for dancers that cannot attend the full weekend. One-day participants are NOT eligible for any scholarships. Dancers can register for a one day workshop pass by emailing registration@ultimatedancetour.com.
Observer Wristbands
Parents of registered dancers are allowed to purchase an observer band to sit in the room during convention classes. Observers are not allowed in the room during scholarship auditions. Observer bands can be purchased at the front desk upon arrival.
Teachers
Teachers will be given 1 free teacher band for every 15 students registered. Teachers can participate and/or observe workshop classes and scholarship auditions. Additional teacher bands are also available for purchase before the event, or at the check in counter upon arrival.
Workshop Schedule
Tentative workshop schedules are available one week prior to the event. Please remember that workshop schedules are subject to change up to the day of the event. Please see our Info Desk or our website for the most current schedule.
Independent Dancers
Independent dancers are welcome to take convention classes and compete at any regional and national events.
An independent dancer is defined as any dancer not associated with a physical studio. Independent dancers can register for an event by emailing registration@ultimatedancetour.com.
Safety and Security
Ultimate Dance Tour and any venue that an event is hosted at is not responsible for any lost personal items or injuries. If a participant of Ultimate Dance Tour is in need of first aid, please see an Ultimate Dance Tour Staff member at the merchandise counter. All dancers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult of a legal age.
Scholarships
Ultimate Dance Tour is happy to offer scholarships at our events for all ages! Scholarships can be awarded based on performance in the audition class as well as other classes during the weekend. Dancers can participate in any room, however they are only eligible for scholarships if they are in their age appropriate room as of January 1st. Scholarships may vary for future competitions and conventions.
The Ultimate Experience
The Ultimate Experience is Ultimate Dance Tour's pre-season competition event designed to help dancers and studios prepare for a successful competition season. This unique event provides each routine with a dedicated 10 minute time slot in front of our judging panel, allowing dancers to perform and immediately receive valuable, personalized feedback. There are no costumes required, no adjudications, and no awards, just a relaxed, educational environment focused on growth and improvement. Scoresheets are handed directly to you following your performance, giving dancers and teachers the opportunity to review comments and make adjustments before the season officially begins. This private event is open to dancers, teachers, and families, making it the perfect opportunity to fine tune routines, build confidence, and ensure your performances are competition ready before the season kicks off.
