Bailee Eurey Shirley is an NC based dance professional, educator, photographer, and mentor with over 20 years of dance experience. Bailee specializes in assisting dancers with choreography and acrobatics training while mentoring performers both on and off the stage.

Bailee is a national dance competition judge, master class instructor, interview and confidence coach, and the founder of a dance mentorship collective dedicated to developing dancers artistically and personally. Bailee has won numerous choreography awards at both the regional and nationals levels. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned a degree in Exercise Science and was a member of the Appalachian State Dance Team. 

Her Exercise Science background has allowed her to excel as a dance professional, helping clients build strength, confidence, and longevity in their training. Bailee also hosts Bible studies for dancers, is a sought-after speaker at conventions and events, and hosts a new podcast “Dress Life Up” with a focus on faith, leadership, and purpose within the industry. In addition to her work in dance and real estate, Bailee enjoys film work, volunteering, hosting, and traveling. She has walked in multiple fashion shows, appeared in numerous films, and served as an emcee for a variety of events.

She is thrilled to be back again this season with her Ultimate family and is looking forward to watching all dancers shine on stage this season!
